2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a 100% refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • New Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: Must include all original tags and packaging.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is faulty or you received the wrong item, we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

  • Customer Remorse: We accept returns if you simply changed your mind or the item doesn’t fit, provided it is still in “New” condition.


3. RETURN PROCESS

We aim to make the return process as simple as possible:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@knitney.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number.

  2. Receive Label: We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label (via email) to be printed and attached to your package.

  3. Drop-off: Ship the item back via the designated carrier (USPS/UPS).

    Note: Returns must be authorized by our support team before being sent back to our facility.


4. REFUNDS & TIMELINES

  • Inspection: Once your return is received, our team will inspect it within 1–3 business days.

  • Approval: Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Completion: You will receive the funds within 7 business days. (Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction).

Knitney does not currently process direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please return the original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
