1. Timeframe for Cancellations or Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 4 hours of placement.
After this window, the order may have already been processed or shipped, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
2. How to Cancel or Change an Order
To cancel or modify your order:

3. Limitations
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy to process a return after delivery.
Changes to shipping address, product quantity, or product selection are subject to availability and may not always be possible.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process.
