Order Modification and Cancellation

We provide a 12-hour window immediately following the placement of your order during which modifications or cancellations can be requested.

• To Request a Change: If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within the first 12 hours of purchase. Please reach out to our team via email at support@knitney.com.
• Deadline: Please note that once the 12-hour window has elapsed, your order may be sent to production, and we cannot guarantee any further changes or cancellations. We appreciate your understanding of this commitment to efficient processing.

Responsibility for Address Accuracy

• Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided during checkout is complete, accurate, and current. This includes verifying the street name, apartment number (if applicable), city, and ZIP code.
• Address-Related Issues: Knitney is not liable for failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
